In Chapter 25, the authors of the textbook state that “planners must be familiar with normal electrical systems.” Assuming the “planners” are architects, do you believe that this familiarity is in fact the case for most architects? If so, is this familiarity attained in school; in practice? If not, why not? If not, how do you think this affects the design of buildings?
