As you read, American Values, you undoubtedly noticed that many of the values and ideals Americans hold dear are rooted in individual responsibility and self-regulation. In this assignment, you will study and learn about Jefferson’s vision of an ideal society as contained in the second paragraph of The Declaration of Independence. Please respond to each of the seven concepts located below. Why did our founders want to see these changes implemented, and what values are reflected?
