The question for the task is to discuss how a contemporary Australian legal doctrine or statutory regime creates and sustains inequality of capital or income.
The answer has to reference at least one reading/theory of law and economics from a list that will be provided and requires further research into primary and secondary sources.
It’s a pretty broad question and you can talk about other stuff too like if inequality is good or bad etc
It has to comply with the AGLC4 referencing rules for footnoting and bibliography and has a 4000 word max word limit and is due 1/11 (6 weeks away)
There is also a 500 word essay outline needed by 30/9 which only needs 2/3 sources and no bibliography. No need for full sentences and you can use dot points and lists. It just needs to briefly indicate the essay idea/direction and it isn’t binding so you can change your mind.
